Local Processing Only: The Datamosher Pro desktop application is designed with privacy as a priority. All video processing, datamoshing, and rendering are performed entirely locally on your computer.
No Cloud Uploads: Your video files are never uploaded to any external servers.
No Data Collection: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, video content, or usage analytics from the desktop version.
Security: Your files remain strictly on your local file system.

Local Video Processing Similar to the desktop version, the Android app processes videos locally on your device using native libraries (FFmpeg). Your video files are stored in your device's internal storage and are never uploaded to our servers for processing.
Data Collection & Usage: While we do not collect personal data like your name or email, the app uses third-party services to support functionality and monetization.
Financial Info (Purchase History):
The app offers In-App Purchases. Transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing.
We do not access or store your credit card or payment details.
We access your Purchase History solely to validate your license and enable the "Restore Purchase" feature.
Device Identifiers & Advertising Data:
We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. AdMob may collect and share Device IDs (AD_ID), IP addresses, and other usage data to provide personalized ads and analytics.
App Performance & Crash Logs:
We collect anonymized technical data (e.g., crash reports, ANRs, and diagnostics) to identify bugs and improve app stability.
Permissions To function as a video editor, the app requests the following permissions:
Read Media Video / Storage: Required strictly to allow you to browse, select, and save video files within the app's gallery.
